I had a fantastic experience at Carpet and Tile Mart! I was searching for a large area rug for our living room and had frustrating experiences at big box home improvement stores. Staff were uncertain and I couldn’t even place an order.
That completely changed when I came here. Lynn Heck greeted me right away and was incredibly knowledgeable. She asked about my budget and within 30 minutes helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

I want to end a strong review for Lynn, who did an excellent job helping us with our carpet project. She’s very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and inspires confidence in her customers. She’s apparently held in high regard by her coworkers since several asked her questions while I was there.
