I've had them do work for me before, phenomenal. I've got 3 more bedrooms, a hallway & stairs in having them do. This visit was with my bestie to pick the color for his lívingroom & what's now going to be his dining room. It was just don't the other day and his landing and steps upstairs. Absolutely gorgeous! I picked a beautiful color ?? may actually use that for a portion of mine! Very professional work, clean up beautifully, work very efficiently and They KNOW what they're doing! ? ? ? ✨ Highly recommend!!

I was looking for a rug to go in a friends home under her dining table. I was lucky enough to be helped by salesman Tracy Jeffries! I can’t even begin to tell you how incredibly helpful he was. If you are in the market for area rugs PLEASE don’t think twice! Go to Carpet Mart and ask For Tracy, you will not be disappointed with the service your going to get! Thank you Tracy, the rug looks perfect!!

There was a small issue with my order that was outside of their control and carpet mart (Jamie specifically) went above and beyond to help me out and fix this issue. The customer service I've received is excellent. Highly recommend the Reading office for all your flooring needs.
