“I’ve been training with Jon for about 7 months now and it’s definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made. “Let me start off by saying I’ve never been a gym girlie. The gym-timidation was real and I had zero self-motivation to work out. Luckily, I had a friend who posted social media updates of her weightlifting journey at West Chester Weightlifting and that inspired me to take the initial 6 one-on-one sessions to “just try it out.” I am now on my 34th one-on-one and loving each one more than the last. I can’t emphasize enough how much I’ve enjoyed my sessions at WC Weightlifting and with the owner, Ryan. I’ve learned so much and the community is amazing. Everyone is always so happy to see you, even as a newbie. I always feel supported by the coach and anyone else who is there. Through West Chester Weightlifting, I’ve gained a new love for lifting and improved my relationship with my body.I know starting at a new gym is tough, especially if you don’t already know someone there, but this gym will make you feel at home!“

“Reuben is an outstanding trainer. With my forcep injury, Reuben has the ability to work both sides of my body for strength and development to the best of ability. I value Reuben's work ethic, integrity and honesty. He was direct with me when other trainers made mistakes. I feel his goal is to assist me to develop my core to prevent falls and gain strength. Reuben is very approachable. He is willing to provide proper feedback as needed to develop a healthy technique. I would recommend Rueban to anyone regardless of his/her personal issues. From my experience, I was never judged by my forcep injury by Rueban. He respected me for me. Please do not let anything prevent you from being a healthy you. If you choose to improve your lifestyle, Reuben is the trainer to improve your life. I am living proof of his intelligence that I feel that I have hope for a better quality of life. Trust your instincts with Reuben. I did. I made a great investment with a healthier way to walk independently with out a wheelchair. I love my walking abilities. With Reuben's guideness, fear of returning to a wheelchair is reduced as I become stronger with his expertise.“

“I started going to One Spark Fitness in early January as I had signed up for the 6-week challenge. The minute I walked into the Fitness Studio, I felt welcome. Jolie and Rae have created a welcoming, inclusive environment to help you become your best self. All of the staff are knowledgeable and take the time to ensure that you are using proper form and getting the most benefit from your workout. The classes are varied and fun while also being challenging. I have become a member and in 6 short weeks already feel so much better. “I started training with Trav a little over a month ago. As a female with no experience in fighting, I was looking for private training sessions with someone authentic and that could teach me some self defense. It turned out to be more than I expected. Trav is a upbeat, highly skilled professional who is very motivating and pushes you to challenge yourself. His ability to break things down gives you a better understanding of the how, why and finally execute the skill he is teaching you. Every session is challenging, confidence building and fun which has me excited and looking forward to the next one; I’m hooked! “I’ve been attending James Webb’s Fitness for over a year now and I’m hooked! I am 66 with no prior weight training experience and I’ve been delighted at how much stronger and more toned I have become. James is knowledgeable and professional and makes sure that I am not only stronger but that I am maintaining balance as I age. When I started, I was surprised at how much weaker my non-dominant side was so bringing my body into balance is key. James keeps it interesting and changes up the exercises and the muscle groups so that it all stays fresh. There are many advantages to having a private instructor. The goals are tailored to the individual but you also get explicit instructions so that it’s done correctly and without injury. As a senior, this is invaluable. James Webb is great! If I had one complaint it would be why did I wait so long!“

I started working with Joe and his team about 3 months ago and my back pain is virtually gone. I'm down 25 pounds from this time last year and I feel and look much better.
