A true gem of a gym! The perfect place for those that might feel intimidated starting a strength training regime (this was me). Since starting 10 months ago taking 2 classes/week, I feel so much stronger in many aspects of my daily life. The instructors are nurturing, compassionate and knowledgeable, and are great at making modifications for any physical limitations you may have. I am so thankful to have found the Bent on Better community. Give it a try - you won’t be disappointed!

They are very knowledgeable about the challenges of...read full review
