“Let me start off by saying I’ve never been a gym girlie. The gym-timidation was real and I had zero self-motivation to work out. Luckily, I had a friend who posted social media updates of her weightlifting journey at West Chester Weightlifting and that inspired me to take the initial 6 one-on-one sessions to “just try it out.” I am now on my 34th one-on-one and loving each one more than the last. I can’t emphasize enough how much I’ve enjoyed my sessions at WC Weightlifting and with the owner, Ryan. I’ve learned so much and the community is amazing. Everyone is always so happy to see you, even as a newbie. I always feel supported by the coach and anyone else who is there. Through West Chester Weightlifting, I’ve gained a new love for lifting and improved my relationship with my body.I know starting at a new gym is tough, especially if you don’t already know someone there, but this gym will make you feel at home!“

“I started training with Trav a little over a month ago. As a female with no experience in fighting, I was looking for private training sessions with someone authentic and that could teach me some self defense. It turned out to be more than I expected. Trav is a upbeat, highly skilled professional who is very motivating and pushes you to challenge yourself. His ability to break things down gives you a better understanding of the how, why and finally execute the skill he is teaching you. Every session is challenging, confidence building and fun which has me excited and looking forward to the next one; I’m hooked! Plain and simple if you are looking for someone real, highly skilled, motivating and as a added bonus, has a great sense of humor look no further, you will not be disappointed!“

“Outstanding fitness center, staff and community! The personal attention, knowledge, and professionalism of the trainers cannot be beat. I so appreciate the accommodations that are made for me. I’m never told to stop rather encouraged to try it a different way that works for my individual needs. The explanations of why things are done certain ways and visual demos are extremely helpful. The atmosphere is positive and encouraging and that comes from the top down as well as those I workout with. I highly recommend BOB!“
