Best workout ever! I started at Premier in 2004 and moved out of the area in 2010 (left Premier). When I moved back I went to a couple of different gyms because of price. I ended up just spending money. Then my wife mentioned that I looked the best when I worked out at Premier. So, I called and asked if they would take back an aging out of shape guy who used to workout with them? Answer "you are always welcome here", Premier works to fit my schedule and health goals. With the one on one training I get a far better workout than going to a gym myself, see results faster and safer. Premier is now part of my life and worth every penny. Great trainers, experienced, professional, and friendly. The gym is very clean, equipment is excellent. A great environment to have a focused training session and benefit from a plan designed for your needs.
I had not tried personal training before but have found the way Premier Personal Training does it is the perfect fit for me. I get a full 60 minutes of customized exercise at every appointment. Zero wasted time, no guessing what you should be working on next or if it is time to increase or decrease aspects of your routine. Staff is focused but friendly and the atmosphere is conducive to ALL levels of fitness and body types.
