Signing up with the Exercise Coach is one of the best things I have done for myself. I feel stronger and more flexible even in the short time I have been going. It's convenient and it's a quiet, clean atmosphere. Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful!

We just love our experience at the Exercise Coach in West Chester. The training team is supportive, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. This program fulfills our needs for building core, strength and cardio. It is also flexible enough to help when individual issues or concerns arise.

Husband and I are very happy with our use of The Exercise Coach. It is a fun way to get fitter because the technology helps you compete with yourself and improve, the coaches are great, knowledgeable, and friendly....and it does not take that long
