One Spark Fitness

I started going to One Spark Fitness in early January as I had signed up for the 6-week challenge. The minute I walked into the Fitness Studio, I felt welcome. Jolie and Rae have created a welcoming, inclusive environment to help you become your best self. All of the staff are knowledgeable and take the time to ensure that you are using proper form and getting the most benefit from your workout. The classes are varied and fun while also being challenging. I have become a member and in 6 short weeks already feel so much better. I can see the changes with my body, but more importantly in how I feel.

I just completed One Spark’s 6-week Transformation Challenge, and it was truly transformative. Jolie, Rae, Grace and Alex are all wonderful instructors and trainers. They are so welcoming, and make working hard fun!!! Loved it so much I’m now a member!!

One Spark fitness is a unique fitness center. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging and always make one feel welcome. No matter what issue or physical challenges clients may have, Rae and Jolie are always willing to help them overcome those tough roadblocks and blast through them. Rae and Jolie and their team focus on the whole person, all the while helping clients to realize individual goals and benchmarks. The classes are hard, but always fun. I always feel energized after I complete a class,no matter how difficult it may be for me, due to my physical challenges.
