Gage Strength Training

I really love Gage. I started in October with a goal of getting stronger and restarting my fitness journey in a meaningful way and I couldn't have gone to a better place. One of my hang-ups about joining a gym is that everyone seems to know what they're doing right away, and I don't know where to start so it can be easy to get lost. I was apprehensive about trying this kind of group training but the trainers at Gage are patient, encouraging and knowledgeable. They work with you at your own pace and are always willing to give you feedback to keep your workouts safe and effective. I already feel stronger and have more energy after only a few months of training.

I joined Gage just under a month ago and I am loving it. They customize workouts for you to do in small group so you get an individualized workout with instruction on form but without the personal training prices. It’s the best of both worlds. I have been loving the large group classes as well. The instructors are really friendly and encouraging. I belonged to another gym but wanted to change up my routine. I am so glad I made the switch.
