“I just read a recent review about Lexi and i’m so shocked because I witnessed that interaction firsthand! That gentleman interrupted me trying to get my membership by him and his 3 friends trying to sneak into the black card only massage area. Lexi very professionally told them the black card members are welcome to go back, but guests aren’t permitted. The guy who left the review argued that the four of them would only use 2 chairs (because 2 of them had black card memberships) and the 2 guests would sit on their laps. I give Lexi so much credit because I could not keep a straight face, but she respectfully told them that’s not allowed and asked them to stop. The one guy (who left the review) stormed off yelling about a manager, and his embarrassed 3 friends all apologized to Lexi before leaving. Race was never brought up, just policy, and it was delivered in a kind tone.<br><br>THAT BEING SAID, I came here to leave MY review because Lexi and the other afternoon desk girl (i’m sorry i’m new and forget your name!) have been so supportive and encouraging! The tour of the facility was thorough, the machines were explained to me in a way that left me feeling confident. Whenever I come in they remember me and ask how I’m doing and how my kids are. If I have any questions about workouts they’re super knowledgeable and I don’t feel judged. I’m so glad I picked this gym because they really make it feel comfortable for me as I get back into the gym life after having 4 kids. Soooo welcoming and friendly while maintaining professional personas!”
“I highly Recommend working with Marcus for personal training. I had tried every yo-yo diet possible to lose weight and I would lose the weight then gain it back plus more. I was hesitant to do personal training because of everything I tried, but I took the leap and decided to start with him and so glad I did. He taught me so much and his program wasn’t hard to follow. This was the best and only program that worked for me and changed a lot of my healthy ways. I started out at 215lbs and felt horrible. I dropped down to 163 and couldn’t have been happier. I felt good and stuck with his program and helped with my daily living going forward as well. I will forever be grateful for what he has done for me and changing my life. If you’re looking for a great program and tried everything, I highly recommend Marcus for personal training! He really cares about what he does and makes sure his clients get the results they want!”
