I’ve always had tight hips, I workout often and run miles with a weighted hula-hoop, The difference in my mobility before things start tighten up in my hips and shoulder’s have been nothing short of AMAZING. I have been seeing Tyler for the last 5 months and each time I’m more and more amazed how he does these stretches and how bunch flexibility I have when we are done. I have several medical conditions and nearly all of the involve pain. I'm tired of meds with numerous side effects. I saw a free ad for Strech Zone Devon on a Facebook. I normally skip ads but decided to look this one up. SO glad I did! I was able to get a quick appointment on my schedule and when I got there, everyone was very personable. I was a bit nervous because I'm not a small woman but Joe made me feel comfortable right away! He asked questions, we discussed my pain history and got to the stretching. When I first got there, I was in a great deal of pain. After my stretching, I was merely mildly stiff. it's the first time in weeks I wasn't in pain! I almost wanted to cry I felt so good after only one session! Even when it rained after my visit, I had no pain. I booked more session and can't wait til the next! My knees and lower back thank you!
