I have been using V trainers for about 10 years. They are great at getting me to exercise! David, my current trainer is excellent. Would recommend them highly for anyone looking to get back into shape/stay in shape.
6/23/26 I wanted to add more great feedback on David. We just returned from a trip to Iceland and I thought of David frequently because what I could do with walking and climbing was just a different dimension of what I used to be able to do. My strength and range of movement had improved so significantly and the only thing new that I've been doing is coming to V Trainers!!! So glad I came back after a long break after my knee replacement!
I love working out here, I've trained with Malek and Chris and I've made great strides since I started a year ago in my strength and fitness. They are also very accommodating with those who have chronic injuries.
Trainers know their job well. Affordable price. We have worked out here for a year. Wonderful experience. Chris is especially creative. Lots of fun doing exercises and learning athletic development!
