“I’ve been attending James Webb’s Fitness for over a year now and I’m hooked! I am 66 with no prior weight training experience and I’ve been delighted at how much stronger and more toned I have become. James is knowledgeable and professional and makes sure that I am not only stronger but that I am maintaining balance as I age. When I started, I was surprised at how much weaker my non-dominant side was so bringing my body into balance is key. James keeps it interesting and changes up the exercises and the muscle groups so that it all stays fresh. There are many advantages to having a private instructor. The goals are tailored to the individual but you also get explicit instructions so that it’s done correctly and without injury. As a senior, this is invaluable. James Webb is great! If I had one complaint it would be why did I wait so long!“

“I’ve had the misfortune of needing physical therapy for various issues on five occasions with five different PT clinics in the last ten years. My most recent experience has been with Total Performance Physical Therapy in East Norriton following severe complications from hip surgery. The services by TPPT have been by far the best PT experience I have had to date. I entered their care with extreme hip/leg/knee pain and unable to walk without the aid of a walker during the prior two months. After three weeks of aqua therapy, the pain was significantly reduced so that I could switch from the walker to a cane and begin to focus on strengthening muscles around the hip area with more traditional exercises on the floor, mat or equipment. I can now walk short distances without a cane and getting close to eliminating it entirely. I’ve come a very long way from my first evaluation by TPPT and I can’t thank Dr. Casey enough for the care and expertise she has provided. Dr. Casey, with contributions by Dr. Cait, have done an outstanding job in improving my physical and mental health. I am so glad I found TPPT to get me through the worst physical issues I’ve ever had to deal with.“

“I started going to One Spark Fitness in early January as I had signed up for the 6-week challenge. The minute I walked into the Fitness Studio, I felt welcome. Jolie and Rae have created a welcoming, inclusive environment to help you become your best self. All of the staff are knowledgeable and take the time to ensure that you are using proper form and getting the most benefit from your workout. The classes are varied and fun while also being challenging. I have become a member and in 6 short weeks already feel so much better. “Reuben is an outstanding trainer. With my forcep injury, Reuben has the ability to work both sides of my body for strength and development to the best of ability. I value Reuben's work ethic, integrity and honesty. He was direct with me when other trainers made mistakes. I feel his goal is to assist me to develop my core to prevent falls and gain strength. Reuben is very approachable. He is willing to provide proper feedback as needed to develop a healthy technique. I would recommend Rueban to anyone regardless of his/her personal issues. From my experience, I was never judged by my forcep injury by Rueban. He respected me for me. Please do not let anything prevent you from being a healthy you. “Good morning Google Family. I spoke with Mr. Blayne Pierce, CEO and owner of Blazing Body Fitness. I found him on LinkedIn. We had a wonderful conversation about fitness. I shared my life experiences and Mr. Pierce, shared his. It was truly delightful. I shared that I wanted someone to give me tips on marketing my Brand Clothing of Krystique and Mr. Blayne gave me strategies, information and tips on how to get noticed. I was doing research on Blazing Body Fitness and I saw that Mr. Pierce is on Facebook as well as Instagram. I am now following both platforms. Also Mr. Pierce is a Dallas Cowboys fan and I gave him an earful about that. Yes, I am a loyal and devoted Eagles Fan!! Truly, it was an engaging and informative conversation. I was surprised and intrigued by Mr. Pierce because of his willingness to help me. I have found in my journey of fitness and being a Dancer and Motivational Speaker, that many folks only want to help me if they are being compensated. It is refreshing to see that there are some folks in the world who are not looking with their hands out and looking for a hand out. I started working with Joe and his team about 3 months ago and my back pain is virtually gone. I'm down 25 pounds from this time last year and I feel and look much better. “I started with Pro Q about 10 months ago, focused exclusively on training to improve flexibility/endurance for golf. Joe has introduced a number of different exercises and techniques and is constantly searching for new ideas to incorporate. I couldn't be more pleased with the results to date and going forward. “For several years before turning 71 this May, I considered going to a trainer to improve my strength and fitness. But hearing of bad experiences from friends and acquaintances made me hesitate.
