This place changed my life!!! I’ve always gone to the gym but got easily overwhelmed when it came to coming up with workouts & what to do. Being at a gym with a lot of people caused me a lot of anxiety. Arete is like family! The trainers are amazing. They make a point to welcome any newcomer & make them feel comfortable. Everyone is so encouraging & I have the most fun, even @ 5:30 in the morning. I’ve never felt so good about myself and starting the 6 week challenge was the best thing I ever did!! Love this place, I could go on for days.

I've been a member for a little over a year now and wish I'd found Arete sooner! The classes are challenging and the people are motivating. The coaches are attentive and encourage you to give your best, while making sure you maintain good form. It's such a welcoming community for people at all levels, and the coaches provide variations to make things more challenging, less challenging and offer alternatives when something isn't working for you. the best!
