“Good morning Google Family. I spoke with Mr. Blayne Pierce, CEO and owner of Blazing Body Fitness. I found him on LinkedIn. We had a wonderful conversation about fitness. I shared my life experiences and Mr. Pierce, shared his. It was truly delightful. I shared that I wanted someone to give me tips on marketing my Brand Clothing of Krystique and Mr. Blayne gave me strategies, information and tips on how to get noticed. I was doing research on Blazing Body Fitness and I saw that Mr. Pierce is on Facebook as well as Instagram. I am now following both platforms. Also Mr. Pierce is a Dallas Cowboys fan and I gave him an earful about that. Yes, I am a loyal and devoted Eagles Fan!! Truly, it was an engaging and informative conversation. I was surprised and intrigued by Mr. Pierce because of his willingness to help me. I have found in my journey of fitness and being a Dancer and Motivational Speaker, that many folks only want to help me if they are being compensated. It is refreshing to see that there are some folks in the world who are not looking with their hands out and looking for a hand out. “I've known Jim for well over 20 years, and when it came time to start to get back into a healthy routine in mid 2019, he was the first person I called, and am glad I did! We started out working together in a private gym in my house and after COVID-19 put us into new safe practices, Jim managed to seamlessly convert our sessions online, via Zoom meetings. It has worked out extremely well, and now I'm finding myself taking more private sessions weekly. “I’ve been attending James Webb’s Fitness for over a year now and I’m hooked! I am 66 with no prior weight training experience and I’ve been delighted at how much stronger and more toned I have become. James is knowledgeable and professional and makes sure that I am not only stronger but that I am maintaining balance as I age. When I started, I was surprised at how much weaker my non-dominant side was so bringing my body into balance is key. James keeps it interesting and changes up the exercises and the muscle groups so that it all stays fresh. There are many advantages to having a private instructor. The goals are tailored to the individual but you also get explicit instructions so that it’s done correctly and without injury. As a senior, this is invaluable. James Webb is great! If I had one complaint it would be why did I wait so long!“

“Launchpad Fitness changed my life! I have never been a big fitness/workout person, but I heard about it through a friend and decided to try a class. The first class is free -- so why not?It was amazing! The workout is challenging but the instructors offer lots of versions of each move so you can pick the level of difficulty that's right for you. I started coming every week, and I have turned into a fitness JUNKIE.I don't recognize myself. I used to hate push ups and burpees and wall sits, but now I LOVE them. I used to have neck and shoulder pain and went to physical therapy and had to do boring exercises that I loathed. I don't have pain anymore because I have developed so much strength from going to Launchpad fitness, and it's really fun.It's a small gym so it's really about community and relationships. The instructors are really personal and caring. I see the same people in classes every week, and now they are my friends. We all cheer each other on, groan together, and support each other.The first time I missed a class after going for a few weeks in a row, Kelly sent me a message asking if I was ok. I let her know I was sick, and she offered to run to the pharmacy and get me anything if I needed it.One time, I showed up to class after a rough day, and Tamara hugged me while I cried and helped me use my work out as an emotional release.It's not just a business; it's a family. I'm not just working out; they've transformed my body and my attitude towards fitness.“

“For several years before turning 71 this May, I considered going to a trainer to improve my strength and fitness. But hearing of bad experiences from friends and acquaintances made me hesitate. Common complaints were trainers who lacked knowledge of exercise physiology, did not explain why certain exercises were performed, did not customize workouts, or consider the goals and initial fitness status of the client.Based on the enthusiastic recommendation of my son, I took advantage of a free session and evaluation at Vertex Fitness in April of 2023. I was deeply impressed with Dwayne Wimmer’s thoroughness in evaluating my needs and outlining a workout regimen to address them. After four months of three 30-minute sessions a week, my strength and endurance are greatly improved.Dwayne’s workouts are highly efficient. He leads you through exercises with a focus on proper form to achieve the greatest benefit and avoid injury. Dwayne emphasizes that the purpose of the workouts is not to achieve the same result for everyone, but rather the best result in the context of each client’s individual potential. “I connected with Rich Bruno almost 2 years ago. I am in my late 50's and I needed a coach to help me get back in shape after 15 years of inconsistent training. Rich assessed my range of motion, strenth, and balance. Throughout this process he continues to design workout programs that have changed my life. I am in the best physical shape I have ever been in. All the aches and pains in my shoulders, neck, lower back are gone!!! Litterally gone!!! Rich built my body up one week at a time. When I started I could do maybe 3 pull ups. Now I'm doing 40!
