“Based on the other reviews you could say I took a risk and I’m glad I did. I hired Mark last October to do an easy modification. It is clear when communicating with him that he has a full schedule. And I’m ok with that and it’s something you have to understand and respect. I’m not sure the other reviewers understand that.
The job he did in October went well and I hired him again recently for another small job. He did everything he could to service me just hours before catching a flight to go on vacation. This was after he finished up a job at an apartment complex that had 30 units without water. That goes along way with me and I’ll be calling on him again.“

“Had a gas water heater burst and I did a bit of research before calling people. Got a few quotes but I was in no rush to fix it the same day. Royal Flush said they could make it out the same day and the price was reasonable. The guys showed up a few hours later and had a new one installed in under 2 hours. They did a great job and were great to deal with. I would use them again if I had to.“
