He too was professional and listened to what I had called about. He began asking me additional questions that raised issues I thought I was aware of, but the more we talked it became evident that more information was needed
Jeff offered and took it upon himself to further research city code and speak with other, non-plumbing professionals. Jeff’s tenacity and over the top customer service revealed several considerations that I had either missed or was mistaken about. Proceeding as I had initially thought would have needlessly created astronomical costs and problems for me and my property.
Upon learning what the full scope of the issue we were able to accomplish the goal I had in mind initially through other means. I can’t thank Jeff and Alchemy enough. I’m a customer for as long as they will have me.”
