My backflow prevention device failed to pass inspection, and needed repair ($) or replacement($$$); worked with Steve to determine model and repair parts for best outcome, Steve got the parts at a great price, and Austin came out and did a masterful job of wrestling on the ground to get the old parts out, the new parts in, and re-inspect -- and there was a problem. Austin calmly remarked it could be dirt in the line, and he needed to open up the failing valve to inspect, clean (yes, dirt had moved in), and re-install. He did, and it passed.
