We have lived on our 12 acres for just less than 50 years. Over that period, we have called Sanetel Pump maybe a dozen times. So please consider this rating to be 12 times 5 stars = 60 stars. They have always been 'old school' in terms of service and really caring about their customers. This goes for the entire crew, as we have had the pleasure of meeting them all. And issues ranging from the smallest part replacement to a completely new submersible pump and filter. It is actually a very comforting thought, knowing that any water supply problems are simply a phone call away. Thank you so much!
Bobby and the crew are the best you will find if you need well pump work. I didn’t know much about Wells before calling them and assumed I needed a whole new system for a new well that got dug for an existing pump House. Bobby came and got everything working perfect and re-piped my whole system and it’s never worked better. They could’ve easily sold me all kinds of new stuff that I didn’t need, but instead got my equipment from the 70s working perfectly. If you call these guys to work on your well, all you’ll need to do is watch them for five minutes and you’ll be able to tell you the right people.
A neighbor recommended Sanetel and I'm very glad they did. When I called for service on our well pump, they arrived just a few hours later. They fixed the issue in about a half-hour - so prompt and helpful! Their pricing was transparent, and the staff was so friendly on the phone. We'll definitely go back to Sanetel Pumps for all our well and pump needs in the future.
