Pipeline was very friendly when I called and needed immediate help with a broken pipe at our meter. Samantha in service understood my problem and set up an appointment for the next morning. Eddie showed up the following morning and did an excellent job. He was very personable, friendly and professional. Gene from Pipeline spent the afternoon installing a new toilet and repairing a bathroom sink.He was very professional and absolutely wonderful to work with.Wish we had called him when our bathroom started having issues in November.I can only say good things about him.

Our kitchen disconnect was on time, clean and well done by Gene and his apprentice.Reconnect and new equipment install was the same by just Gene this time. Testing and cleanup was professional. Gene also gave instructions and was "just a good guy!"
