I had a drain blockage just before a holiday weekend - I called Meticulous Plumbing on the holiday and was greeted by their AI assistant, which I must say was a pleasant and efficient experience. The assistant set me up with h an appointment first thing Monday am. I received appt confirmation via text and email right away. Received reminder Sunday evening. And to my pleasant surprise on the morning of appt received a text telling me Adam was in the way (text included a tracking link - cool). So fast! We had them install a gas shut off for our dryer. Adam was great and the install was super quick.

You can believe the consistent five star reviews about Meticulous Plumbing and owner Leo. I contacted them about helping me to determine whether it would be feasible to add two additional bathrooms in my house in locations that were questionable. I made it clear when I initially called that it was unlikely that I would have any work done at this time, but I wanted the advice of a highly rated plumber about whether it it would be feasible under current building codes.
