This company did an excellent job meeting our needs for an urgent needed repair for our house we are selling. The plumber "Steve" was very knowledgeable and professional and was an all around pleasure to have in our home. We had a great experience with Steve and Kristie at Power Plumbing! During the storm in January a pipe burst and subsequently flooded our hot water heater. We called plumbers all over town and thankfully Power Plumbing was able to fit us in on the weekend (which was several days quicker than other companies as Steve continued to work through the weekend). Kristie helped to answer questions I had about insurance and was very clear about pricing up front. Steve called ahead several times to let me know when he’d arrive. Recently used Power Plumbing to replace a toilet. Their office was responsive and scheduling was easy. Plumber arrived on time and did a great job. Final cost was as estimated over the phone during my initial call.
