Had a great experience with Doug and Lainie today! I never thought I'd be saying that about a plumber but they are that good.Had some issues with low hot water flow in my shower after my water heater had gotten replaced by seller's contractor, right before I bought my home.I was told by that contractor that I'd need to replace the pipes to fix the issue after replacing the cartridge didn't helpI then had worked through my home warranty company to get a plumber to check it out and he said I'd need to replace the valve for $1650. Due to a severe winter freeze, I had a pipe burst. Full on waterfall in my basement. Doug came out within a day and fixed the problem on a weekend! I called several plumbers who were days out even for an appointment or wanted to charge double for an emergency. The price was far less than I expected for a weekend appointment in an ice storm. 1st call came highly recommend and I am happy to recommend them to anyone!

I had 1st Call come over and replace my old water heater with a new one. The entire experience was positive from the initial office call through job completion. Everyone was cordial and professional and the work was completed satisfactorily without any hiccups.
