Excellent work by Austin (and Steve) in a difficult situation (ancient below ground backflow prevention device)-- saved me thousands of dollars! My backflow prevention device failed to pass inspection, and needed repair ($) or replacement($$$); worked with Steve to determine model and repair parts for best outcome, Steve got the parts at a great price, and Austin came out and did a masterful job of wrestling on the ground to get the old parts out, the new parts in, and re-inspect -- and there was a problem.
