“I requested a visit from Hydro plumbing to fix a leaky faucet. I spoke with Jessie and we arranged a visit which was convenient for me and appropriate for the seriousness of the issue. He arrived punctually and assessed the situation quickly. Given the circumstances, he felt that he could correct the problem on this visit since I already had acquired a replacement part for the faucet. It turned out to be a somewhat complicated installation that required several trial and error adjustments, but at the end, the problem was solved, and the faucet worked flawlessly. I had expected to be charged an appropriate amount for his efforts, but he did not charge me because he was able to correct the problem without having to research replacement parts and costs and scheduling a follow up appointment. I was very pleased with his demeanor and generosity, and would not hesitate to contact Hydro plumbing in the future if the need arises“

He too was professional and listened to what I had called about. Jeff offered and took it upon himself to further research city code and speak with other, non-plumbing professionals. This week was a fiasco. My girls bathroom was leaking to the first floor (my plumbing). Once he heard my baby girl didn’t have her own bathroom, he sent his crew over first thing and got us back to operational.

I’m sure there could be a half dozen plumbers as good as him in the pdx-metro, but I’ve never met any one that cares as much as he does. He’s an amazing plumber and you can tell he’s always a dad first. He’s a dying breed.

“Based on the other reviews you could say I took a risk and I’m glad I did. I hired Mark last October to do an easy modification. It is clear when communicating with him that he has a full schedule. And I’m ok with that and it’s something you have to understand and respect. I’m not sure the other reviewers understand that.
The job he did in October went well and I hired him again recently for another small job. He did everything he could to service me just hours before catching a flight to go on vacation.
