“I called 2 different companies before I called Ron Thompson Plumbing LLC. and 1 more after. The first company I called a company out of Vancouver, S...N Plumbing, before the plumber looked at the leaks, and I had 2 of them. First thing he told me I needed a new water heater. In stead of fixing the leaks, the plumber told me I needed to replace all the piping system total was approximately $9000. He wanted to get started right away and stated that there was no need to get another estimate.The second company out of Aurora, R..h wanted $2000 for the first leak and had to get back to me on the second leak. They too wanted to dig and told me they would have to shut off the water supply at the pump house and were not sure how much that would be. In fact they were not sure they wanted the job because of the possible liability once they turned the water back on. The 3rd Company was Ron Thompson Plumbing, David came out in a grey camouflaged van, looking like the Calvary had arrived. He fixed the first leak on the service call. He and partner came to evaluate the second leak a day later, went out got supplies and fixed. The third company came out after Ron Thompson had fixed the first leak. They give me a estimated slightly higher then Ron's for the second leak, 24 hours after the repairs had been made. I had a similar drama with my septic system as well, several companies wanted to overcharge me on that repairs also. Good to know that there are still companies out there willing to fix vs. replace.Service: Plumbing pipe repair“

“Sean was extremely professional, extremely thorough, and knowledgeable as well. I was working from home, and watching my 3 year old when he came to replace our water heater. Despite that, Sean was very patient with me. He took his time and made sure everything was done right and walked me along the process as he went. He showed me how to turn the water off at the street if we ever needed to, and even gave me a tool to do so. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone. The new water heater looks fantastic too“
