“Had a great experience with Blue Frog in my new house. I scheduled service online within a few days. David and Daniel came out to give me a bid, which was clear and reasonable. They were great about masking when I asked. David came back to do the job a few days later and remembered to mask on his own. He was generous with his time. He pointed out several things to watch out for with my old pipes and fixtures, showed me how to turn off my water without putting too much pressure on the system, and gave me some safety tips on my water heater. I had mentioned maybe wanting to add a bidet seat during the first visit but did not confirm that before the actual appointment. David rolled with it and added it to the appointment after fixing the original issue. I really appreciated working with a queer-owned business and knowing the people who came into my home were safe and respectful. Definitely recommend!“

“During a DIY sink valve replacement, the old valve took part of the steel pipe with it. The corrosion in the pipe was significant and I knew I needed a pro to not make it any worse. PDX plumber had the skill to pull the damaged pipe without opening the wall, replace it, and get the new valve working in no time. In addition to the high skill level, the conversation regarding the fix, which included what could and couldn’t be done, the worst case scenario, and the estimated costs were all honest and fair.
