I called in the morning, and Tanner was able to come by right after I finished work in the evening. He quickly removed the old water heater and had the new one installed and running within an hour. He even brought all the gas and water connections up to code, which gave me peace of mind. Tanner also figured out why my hot water was running backwards through the heater whenever I used the outdoor hose. He fixed the valve issue that was causing warmer water to flow into the toilet tanks, and he did it at no extra charge.
