“Black Rock Underground ("BRU") replaced the main sewer line at my house in the summer of 2023.I spoke to 7-8 different companies, got bids from 4. BRU wasn't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive.They were the most comprehensive in their bid, the most communicative about their strategy and gave me the most confidence that their quoted price would be the price when they were finished.Others left lots of room for upcharges and guesswork as to how they planned to run the line (equipment used, disruption to my yard, etc.)I approved their contract and BRU showed up on the hottest day of the year. No joke, it was 102 degrees and the BRU team showed up on time and worked tirelessly for 2 days in the heat. The entire crew was smart, professional, efficient and courteous throughout.I half expected to chase around in front and behind them to clear a path, clean up, talk to the City, and make sure everything went smoothly. I didn't have to do anything. Nothing. The on-site crew instilled confidence in their ability, quality and work ethic.The crew's finished product perfectly lived up to my first impression and expectations. They didn't quibble about the length of time to complete the project, they didn't hit me up for changes/upcharges, they didn't present obstacles. Just got it done, period. Yard was perfect, everything exactly as they found it. Amazing.I've used lots of subcontractors over the years and very few have impressed me like these guys did.My sincere thanks goes out to Drew (main point of contact for the project) and the entire BRU team!Excellent job! ???“

“During the freeze that started on Friday 1/8/24 I lost heat then power, and as a result I had a pipe off washer in the kitchen burst. I was gone, my neighbor had checked and found flooding.I called other plumbers the next morning, and was being told I could get an appointment in February. others varied by one to weeks wait, even though I explained I had no water, as it had to be turned off for obvious reasons.I called these guys and it was given the immediate attention it deserved. They came right out and did an amazing job.Mike was quick but thorough, and made sure everything was OK before he left.From now on I will be calling M T Dunn for my plumbing needs.They actually seemed to care. That seems to not be the case with many. Mike and his son are an asset in their field.“

I had bought an undercounter filter and just needed them to move the water from behind the fridge thru my filter and then back up to the fridge dispenser.
