“Excellent work by Austin (and Steve) in a difficult situation (ancient below ground backflow prevention device)-- saved me thousands of dollars! My backflow prevention device failed to pass inspection, and needed repair ($) or replacement($$$); worked with Steve to determine model and repair parts for best outcome, Steve got the parts at a great price, and Austin came out and did a masterful job of wrestling on the ground to get the old parts out, the new parts in, and re-inspect -- and there was a problem. Austin calmly remarked it could be dirt in the line, and he needed to open up the failing valve to inspect, clean (yes, dirt had moved in), and re-install. He did, and it passed.

Both Austin and Steve were very customer and quality focused, worked with with me and kept me informed of my options and likely outcomes, advised me on simple prep-work I could do (and did) to save money, and they hit all the time points and price points -- I couldn't be happier.“
