Randy and Tyler did a Furnace and Air Conditioner combo for my old house two and a half years ago. It was a professional and clean job. They explained work and steps clearly.Last week, I needed a new furnace in my friend's house where I reside now. I called and mentioned that I was an old customer. I wasn't so sure if they are still the same company or they still remember me. I waited for two days assuming Randy would be super busy. He called back, arranged on-site estimates, emailed back the proposal in 2 hours. We conversed for the pricing for 2 more days. In 3 days, I have my brand new Lennox furnace installed by Tyler. The good folks at Supreme Comfort really do take care of their customers. They installed a heating system for me a little over a year ago and it recently blew a fuse. I replaced it and it worked for a couple weeks, once it blew again I knew it needed professional help. Went into the shop this morning and they said today was booked but if something opens up they can come out. Sure enough, I got a call about 3:30pm saying they could head over. With an hour it was back up and running great. I'm comfortably writing this review in 70° no sweatshirt needed. Best of all, they didn't charge for coming out.
