“I had an issue with my gas fireplace insert. Nothing was working right. Lots of soot in the base of my firebox (and I didn't know where it came from). Parker was the rep that came on site. He cleaned the soot out. Actually, he did more than I expected. He cleaned the logs, re-arranged the placement of the logs, cleaned out the entire firebox, cleaned the glass doors , and BEST of all he explained how I could more efficiently use the gas fireplace insert in the future. We talked about allergy concerns and indoor air quality, and he recommended an APCO-X whole house air treatment installed at the duct entrance to help keep the air cleaner while the heating system runs. We signed up because it fit well with our heater maintenance needs. We have used their service for almost 2 decades, and they have always been there for us during heating emergencies as well as bi-annual inspections. Their maintenance plan is excellent and can be set up with monthly payments for inspections and routine heater service.
