The therapist made me very comfortable and put me at ease even as I was nervous since it was my first time getting an acupuncture treatment. I've only tried yoga twice about 10 years ago so was feeling a little nervous about it but it wasn't so bad even as a beginner! The class was great and time passed by quickly. I wasn't sure about some of the poses but Ian explained as he went without it interrupting the flow of the class.“
