This studio is wonderful! I leave every class feeling stronger, and more grounded and alive. I can’t recommend this community oriented studio enough. (P.S. Roque is an incredible instructor — join his strong AF class!)

I love going to Suryaside. It has become my happy place. Every teacher has something special and different to offer. Love all the different classes and teachers who are so knowledgeable and mindful about the practice.Don’t miss this gem if you live in this neighborhood and yoga is your jam.
