This is the most fun yoga studio I have ever been to in my 12+ years as a student. Alina is a great teacher and I continue to learn from and be challenged by her each and every class. The cost is a bargain compared to other studios. The teachers are all culturally diverse and truly enjoyable. The schedule offers many opportunities for interesting classes. I recommend this studio above all others.
Alina is a very good yoga teacher, she is very dedicated to her practice and to her students. Her class is challenging, serene and I always enjoy her presence.
Update - went to her Pilates class and it was challenging and had a good work out, I really liked the way she ended the workout with psoas stretches after working the core.
Been coming here for the past year and would definitely recommend this yoga place. Alina, Lien and Janine are all amazing instructors. They also do prenatal yoga and give alternate poses during classes, especially Lien! She is the best. ❤️
