This yoga place is very relaxing and centers your soul and body . I enjoy the mats Pilates and Vinyasa Flow very much ! They instructors are all great especially Marci ! She keeps you feeling at peace . Definitely recommend the monthly package . ?

I highly recommend Body Works Day Spa. I left my facial feeling like I had new skin! Rene, the owner, made me feel so comfortable during my first visit there and took the time to understand my skincare problems and give me helpful product recommendations. The spa is clean, the staff are friendly and professional, and I won't be going elsewhere for my facials. I booked my next appointment on the way out! Thank you!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Body Works Day Spa and Rene. I've been going here for 2 plus years and have always had the most pleasant experience. Their services and product line are topnotch and they are always adding new treatments. Rene is so kind and a true industry professional, there is no skin issue that she doesn't have a solution for. Definitely make an appointment!
