I recently started taking classes. The experience has been very positive. The instructors are very knowledgeable. They also give individualized attention making sure that you have the proper alignment for each pose. I highly recommend this Yoga studio.

I am just beginning to take Yoga after many years of not practicing. The Yoga instructors are very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain each pose and help each individual in the class. I am thoroughly enjoying my Yoga experience here.

I truly can't say enough about Samudra. A friend and I tried Samudra through a Groupon and we were hooked. You truly feel like family when you are there and when you are virtual! They offer a great variety of classes and the instructors are just amazing! They have pushed me to better my practice and I truly look forward to it. Since moving, I attend virtually and I am so grateful to still have that connection. Virtual classes are posted in the video library and I have taken so many of those as well at my own leisure. If you are nervous to try yoga, this is a great place to feel welcome and comfortable, and if you are experienced, this is a great place to expand your practice.
