I'm so glad I found 3 Elements! I recently had two Polarity Therapy sessions with Claudia and I already feel so much more aligned. She is a great healer. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She helps you reflect on what is going on in your life. She listens non-judgmentally and guides you towards ways you can be your best self. By the end of it all, you feel so much more relaxed and zen.

I feel so blessed to have a healing community right here in my town of Bayside. I have been on a long spiritual journey to find my self again since I gave birth and they honestly offered any service I needed to get there.
