Love this studio. I live in CA but my inlaws are in Long Island. Every time I visit I make it a point to take as many classes as I can here. I especially recently enjoyed an outdoor class in Freeport which was such a lovely location. Thank you for all the wonderful classes.

Breathe n flow is a beautiful, welcoming yoga studio. The teachers are knowledgeable and I always feel amazing after attending classes and workshops. They offer so many different types of classes and at various times which I find very convenient. I’m so happy I found this gem!

I have been a member of the Breathe & Flow community since the studio first opened its doors. Even during this crazy time they keep our community together with the best classes and both safe in person and virtual options. It's my OM away from hOMe.
