Walking into this space and immediately sparking conversation with old friends and newcomers alike reminds me that this isn't just a yoga studio, it's a community. I always feel a return to home when I take class here. :)
This is a welcoming, place for all yoga practitioners of every age and of every skill level. It is a place for you mind as well as your body. I love being in the classes ; and because I do not live that close, I love that I can still participate virtually when I need to do that. It's an amazing place!
The best Yoga Community you can find. It changed my life. The best teachers and the best yogi's. Such a welcoming, safe, friendly environment to practice. Walk through the doors and you will never want to leave.
