You can go at your own pace and feel welcome no matter what your skill level is. Went for the hot yoga and it was just as great as I remembered from my past experiences. Ina was the was the instructor. She gave great direction and would help position you if you were off a little ( as long as you were ok with it). She's also very welcoming. You bring your own mat, towel, and water. If you dont have it you can rent it. They provide the blccks and syretch equipment if needed. They have express ( shortened) or regular time length classes. Both are really good and you'll get the full experience! The room climbed to 102 degrees so it wasn't too overwhelming. At the end you get the cooling towels and time to relax back into finishing the class. It feels clean and safe in the building. Would definitely suggest and go back!“

What we like best about her approach is, she notices your challenges and uses props to adjust. Her passion for yoga is clear and infectious. I highly recommend giving her classes a try.“

8404 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh“I highly recommend Dr. Quinn. Before my first in person visit I completed a very comprehensive questionnaire that he reviews to deliver the best personal care specific to your particular treatment. At my first visit I knew that I was in exceptional hands. My history included multiple health problems that were unable to be resolved by any practitioners I had seen. Quinn has an extraordinary ability to listen and understands what your body needs. His treatment is gentle, precise and incredibly effective. His goal is to uncover the root cause for your symptoms.Working together as a team my conditions have improved far beyond what I expected. Overall I am feeling more energetic and balanced as my symptoms improved. If you are looking for a functional practitioner who is truly dedicated to your healing Quinn is exceptional. I’m so grateful to have found such a talented practitioner. I have been getting acupuncture treatments periodically for 30 years. It isn’t an easy task when you move to a new state and are in need of an acupuncturist, functional practitioner. Debbie, his office manager is extremely helpful in meeting all of your needs for appointments, supplement renewals and any questions you may have always with friendliness and understanding.“

8352 Six Forks Rd #203, Raleigh“MAJOR UPSIDE SURPRISE. Went to see Dr. Gries at recommendation of massage therapist - dry needling for treating sciatica. Not only was he immensely helpful at getting this cleared up in a few weeks, he also cured my severe food allergies (which vastly limited my eating for the past 20 years - see auricular therapy for more info) and helped me get over night time insomnia (through mix of acupuncture and over the counter supplements) ... now sleeping like a rock 7-8 hours/night. I seriously can't recommend him and his work enough, and my family is now working with him as well.“

After a Zoom session with Judith, I always feel balanced and capable. She regularly asks for students' input on future sessions. During class she is interactive but not too much so. The perfect yoga instructor, in my book.“

“I've been at Raleigh Yoga Center off and on for about 15 years. I began attending because I was working toward a certification program to teach children's yoga, and the program required some basic Iyengar training and knowledge. The teachers are fantastic, top notch. You will find few other yoga practitioners in the area who have such extensive knowledge of anatomy and the science of yoga. I enjoy classes with Jane and Kirsten. Details to enter poses correctly are emphasized. You will know what you are doing, why you are doing it, and how it will help you. Of course modifications are available and encouraged, as yoga should always offer. Yoga truly is for everyone.“

Over her many years of study she has acquired the skills needed to assist students in maintaining proper position to avoid injuries. Most yoga instructors cannot do this. And the icing on the cake is that her classes are fun.“
