“MAJOR UPSIDE SURPRISE. Went to see Dr. Gries at recommendation of massage therapist - dry needling for treating sciatica. Not only was he immensely helpful at getting this cleared up in a few weeks, he also cured my severe food allergies (which vastly limited my eating for the past 20 years - see auricular therapy for more info) and helped me get over night time insomnia (through mix of acupuncture and over the counter supplements) ... now sleeping like a rock 7-8 hours/night.
