Finally found a gym that works for me. It’s close to my house, lots of work out times available and childcare. I was so intimidated to give it a try since I’m kinda an introvert and feel way out of shape. It took me years to finally get the courage to go. I’m so glad I did. The staff always remember my name and make me feel supported the whole time. Everyone there is supportive and kind. There are people all ages and body shapes. It’s exactly the atmosphere I was looking for. I’ve been going for 3 weeks and already seeing differences in my body. I have more energy and happier. I would definitely go if you’re debating it. Ten stars. I signed up in December 2022 during a 4 week promo trial. I had been steadily letting my fitness slide since my first child was born 10 years ago, and I didn’t think this would really be the place for me, but it was close to home so I decided to give it a shot. I’m so glad I did. On my first day, they greeted me, and set me up with a buddy so I wouldn’t be lost and confused during the workout. The trainers are incredible, and somehow really do live up the their promise of providing personal training in a group setting. If you’re looking for a gym with a different workout everyday, small group fitness, no intimidation and accountability, then look no further! Burn boot camp isnt comparable to any other gym! The trainers are amazing and the friends you make create a fun environment! Yes I said fun.
