They have a great set up with a lot of equipment and space for all! I absolutely loved the workout we did and could tell the coaches really care about the members as well as the overall energy there was fun, supportive and uplifting! I highly recommend checking out this gym!

I have dropped in on CF gyms around the world, and this was my favorite drop in experience. The whole class made me feel like a regular. The coaching was technically excellent, and super encouraging. I’m looking forward to my next visit to Raleigh so I can come back.

I came into town for the holidays and wanted to find a gym to workout at, so I gave Neuse River CrossFit a try. This gym went above and beyond my expectations. I felt immediately welcomed. The group class was amazing and just what I needed. The members were incredibly inspiring and the class was super fun. I highly recommend this place for locals and for anyone who needs a place to workout while visiting. Wonderful place!
