At 110 Yoga, they teach with a PRI mindset. The Chronic back pain I struggled with for years is now gone.
Great location in Downtown Raleigh with plenty of parking, Fantastic teachers that know what they're doing and yes, you get a cold towel at the end.

I live in Wilson, NC, I figure I drive to Raleigh to try 110 Hot Yoga. I previously had tried a different studio and I didn’t feel it was the right place for me. I really enjoyed her class, I enjoyed the pace where you can actually have time to have the right form or at least try too. I will be back for more....read full review
