This review has been a long time coming! Words honestly cannot express my gratitude to Quinn and his expertise and care. I started seeing Quinn in 2013 to help me with some sleeping issues as well as to help clear my body or medications I was relying on to function day to day. My husband and I knew we were going to start trying for a family in the near future so I wanted to eliminate any medications from my body (including some that I took nightly to help me sleep). Upon meeting Quinn for the first time, I instantly felt genuinely cared for. His first consultation lasted for well over an hour to really get a feel for what the issues were. He then did some acupuncture and sent me home with some Chinese herbs. In addition, he assigned me homework to keep a food diary and to answer some much needed, soul searching questions about where I was at in my life/career/relationships. I was so impressed with his holistic, well rounded approach to my health! I had walked in expecting only acupuncture (like I had experienced with a previous practitioner) but walked out with an understanding that everything is linked and to truly cure any ailments, I needed to look at all areas of my life. It is easy to get excited about changing your health for the better when you have someone like Quinn rooting for you. He is kind, compassionate, stand up comic funny and has an ability to calm you and assure you everything is going to be okay. We worked together to identify areas of my life that needed attention and love: diet, stress, my job etc. We came up with goals along with weekly acupuncture sessions to help my stress and sleep issues. After a few weeks I felt like a new person! I was sleeping better, I had gotten off the medications and was eating better than I ever have. I was going to yoga and working out almost every day of the week and my mindset had changed along with it. It was incredible and I have him to thank. Fast forward a few years later, my husband and I were still trying for the family we wanted. It had come to the point of doing IVF after many other failed treatments. We knew acupuncture could help with the IVF process and so Quinn came up with a plan to see me prior to my embryo transfer and immediately after. The acupuncture not only prepared certain areas that would help my body accept the embryo but it also calmed me and helped with the anxiety that comes along with infertility. The science behind acupuncture is truly amazing and something I wholehearted believe in now after everything I have been through. Quinn finished his last treatment and I told him I would keep him posted once we heard back from the fertility clinic. As I type this, I am 37 weeks pregnant and have no doubt that Quinn and his treatment plan aided in our IVF success! I am beyond grateful that I was connected to Quinn and he helped me in so many different ways. I recommend him and his practice to everyone I meet! Taking charge of your health means surrounding yourself with the right support network and Quinn should be your first call :)
