A beautiful space to practice yoga. Come as you are, the classes are for all levels and all ages. The owners, Joylene and Katie have created an inclusive space for everyone. The yoga teacher programs are comprehensive and teach the heart of yoga. Whereever you are in your yoga journey…you belong here!

In town for work and bought a 5 day pass for $25!! So so so worth it. Great instructors, broad schedule, challenging classes, super vibe, commuted community attendees, meditation classes, beautiful space, yummy sounds and smells. Everything you could ask for.

Such a lovely experience! Visiting from DC for a wedding and popped into their Sunday 9:45AM Flow class. Good energy, really kind and friendly instructor (Georgia). They let me borrow a mat and props. 10/10 would recommend to all!

With state-of-the-art Infrared Heaters set to a comfortable temperature of 82°, 12’ ceilings and an open studio space, we have a place for everyone. No matter what, you belong here.
