This place is great. I am a runner and wanted something different to add to my working out. This has been a great addition. The staff is absolutely amazing. Pilates with the reformer is the best!!

I’ve done yoga for years and after recently moving to Raleigh have been on the hunt for a new exercise studio. I’ve never done pilates before coming to this studio and have enjoyed every class! The studio is super clean and the teachers are all lovely. Definitely recommend if you’ve never done Pilates and are interested or if you’re a Pilates pro looking for a place to practice.

I’ve been a customer of Club Pilates for the past year. As a plus-size woman with chronic health problems, it’s very difficult to find a workout routine that doesn’t hurt. I’ve found this to be the only workout routine I’ve been able to follow for more than a year.So what should you expect? This is not a cardio workout, but your heart rate will go up. It takes several months to master the moves in the Level 1 class, but your strength and stability may not be ready for Level 1.5 classes for months after that. Different instructors have different styles of teaching. You’ll find the ones you like over time.
