I called to see if they take walk ins and they said they don't, but that they could see if they could work me in for an appointment the same day. Lisa ended up having an opening for me and I was able to be seen a couple hours after I called. I was looking for a new stylist after mine retired. I was really nervous getting my hair done by someone new and without having any personal recommendations,just going off of online searches and availability. I did have to wait maybe ten fifteen minutes past my appointment time, but since they worked me in it wasn't a big deal. The receptionist offered me a drink and kept updating me on my wait time. Lisa was so kind and honest from the second I met her! She was very upfront about price, which I really appreciated. She listened to what I was looking for. She gave me advice without being pushy and knew exactly what I wanted. She was a fast worker and I love my hair.
This team KNOWS curly hair. Zaida was extremely helpful and answered/addressed all my curly hair concerns. She won't get scissor happy and cut too much. They have personable staff and a clean, comfortable space. They are reasonably priced as other places normally charge 200+
I just had my first cut here today and i was pretty impressed! I dont get my hair cut professionally very often because i had a bad experience a few year back at a different company so i always get a little nervous when i do decide its time.the staff was all very welcoming and seemed to get along very well which is always a good sign but the cut was really what did it for me. Over the last couple of years i have wanted a very dramatic angled bob. This was my third time trying to get what i had envisioned. The woman who cut my hair asked a bunch of questions and even confirmed before cutting even shorter in the back. Every other time its too short in the front and i would have to shave my head in the back if i wanted the same effect. She did EXACTLY what i wanted. She was great. Clearly knew what she was doing and confident in doing it. I will definitely be coming back and i have never had a regular place!

Nakisha is a very skilled massage therapist. If you've had massages elsewhere this becomes evident very quickly. She is able to feel your areas of increased tension without being informed by giving extra pressure and attention to problem areas. Speaking of pressure, she maintains a consistent pressure as her hands move across curves. I'm pretty sure she can massage out rigor mortis. She is able to give the deepest pressure I've ever felt, but she is able to dial the intensity down without compromising on massage quality. My wife also sees her and says that Nakisha gives one of the best prenatal massages.

NEEDED a massage badly and I called a few places for walk-ins. My husband and I just moved to Lee's Summit and so I'm not too familiar with the area or good massage therapist yet. Regardless, it was hard to find a place that took walk-ins but when I did they said to come by now! I did and was VERY happy with my deep tissue. I left feeling revitalized and pretty sleepy actually. ??

I have gone to the same stylist for over 25 years, so when Carrie Eaton transferred to Salon Nuvo I naturally followed. I have watched the other stylists there and they all seem to be quite friendly and professional. You cannot go wrong by seeing Carrie. Prior stylists have not taken the time to learn why my hair is different. I have a double crown, double part, double cowlick, and my hair is wavy enough that at certain lengths it looks something like a ski ramp. Carrie always has me looking great when I leave the shop!

There's something to be said about good service! Angie is who we see. She always knows what will look good on me, and will tell you if it's a bad idea. After 18 years of sedentary living this overweight 56 year old decided it's time to take her life and her body back. I had experienced Pilates many years ago and remembered how good it made me feel, so I decided to try it again. I am four (4) weeks in now and it is the most wonderful thing I have done for myself in almost 20 years. The instructors are kind, compassionate, patient, but also encouraging me to push (gently) a little more and a little more. It is the hardest thing I've done in a long time, but when I walk out the door at the end of class (or get up off the floor after a virtual class at home) I feel amazing. There are many different classes and all the instructors I have experienced are wonderful. I highly recommend pilates and I highly recommend Better Bodies Pilates for the journey.

The water heater in my apartment was rusted, leaking and flooded my carpet. Eric came out to replace it and was EXTREMELY professional. The first water heater he brought was too big to fit into the space so he had to call to find a replacement and go all the way back to pick up a different one. Once he got it in he noticed there were no copper connections to connect to, it was only PVC piping. He had to leave again and go back to get the correct parts. A job that probably should have been a couple hours ended up lasting almost 7 hrs. Eric never complained, he explained everything in detail and was professional and lighthearted despite all the setbacks. You all hit the jackpot with him as an employee! Greg and his team helped me save $20,000 by getting a second opinion when I was told by Roto Rooter I needed immediate and extensive work done on my sewer lines in my basement floor. Turns out everything was fine. Don't go to Roto Rooter or any of the big companies, and go with Greg instead.

Manning Roofing recently replaced our roof. Having not gone through storm damage like this, I was amazed at how fast and professional this company was in responding to my call.First, I spoke with Jimmy, and he had them out within hours of my call for help. Brian, the project manager went over and beyond. He spent over an hour walking on my roof and our property, marking every item that needed attention. We had problems with our Speed Queen washing machine for a number of years, which is unusual for that brand. The place from where we purchased the washer in Belton MO came out at least 5 times over the years and attempted to repair the machine. (It became violent in the spin cycle so much so that the plastic balancing ring above the tub was ground into pieces twice.) The company replaced the rings both times, since it was under warranty. However, the last time they were instructed by the manufacturer to also replace the tub. They chose not to do so, so we continued to experience violent shaking during the spin cycle. I called Speed Queen and they recommended that I contact a different local representative (Groom's Appliance in Lee's Summit MO) and ask them to come out and inspect the machine. Groom's was able to come and inspect the machine within a couple of days. They agreed that the tub and the ring both needed to be replaced. Within a week they ordered and received the new parts and were back at our house repairing the machine. It now works like it is supposed to work for the first time in 3 years. Groom's was knowledgeable, dependable, thorough, and extremely courteous. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done. We plan to buy our next appliance from them instead of from the firm we purchased the washer from in the future.Service: Washing machine repair

I technician readjusted our water pressure which was really high. It is going to take some time to adjust to the required h20 pressure. I wish it could be adjusted at a level high but the technician stated it was to high and could cause failure of fitting and faucets. I hope he is right because I don’t like the readjusted water pressure. He also stated our water heater was 12 years old. But I stated we have water treatment system so the water should last longer, is that correct or not. Any thoughts?

I'm the Committee Chairman (building maintenance) for the local VFW Post here in Lee's Summit, so my review is solely based on the Commercial side of the business. the past 1-2 years are HVAC units have been on the decline. Our luck with finding a proactive and reliable company to service and provide semiannual maintenance was turning out well either. I am so grateful that I called this company for a quote. I can honestly say I am amazed at the level of professionalism, straight-forwardness, and helpfulness of the business. I've gone through 3 other HVAC companies in the past three years for Semi-annual maintenance and major issues with our units. So after feeling totally at ease with Green Field, we had 2 rooftop 5-ton units replaced during the summertime of 2018. Because of their work, we ended up getting a 5-ton split unit unit and another rooftop 5-ton unit replaced in Nov-Dec 2018. We were not disappointed with their quotes, construction, performance, and workmanship. Eric O'Donnell is who I have personally worked with throughout both processes and he is a master at what he does. He made me feel comfortable and addressed any and all questions; even took the time to explain what each line-item was and what purpose it served, so that I could make an educated decision as to whether we wanted or needed those options. No pressure to add options or upgrades to the units. Keeps the customer in mind and the expenses - he had good parts from a unit being replaced swapped out into a broken unit in order to get it operational again (with our approval). They call ahead for the semi-annual maintenance and provide pictures to assist in addressing any concerns or issues with the rooftop units. Great experiences with this company over and over.

We had an exceptional experience! We had our entire basement finished off and we were worried there’d be a noticeable difference in the workmanship. Tailor Made exceeded our expectations at every turn- they drew up functional plans that got us the spaces we were wanting, the finishes that took it up to a custom designer level quality and helped us consider details a lay person wouldn’t normally consider. The workmen who were there daily were respectful, on-time, and produced a beautiful result. We wanted some more unique things done like a full craft room (even Martha Stewart would be envious of), a fun guitar room and a large bar that is the center of the party! They did beautiful custom cabinetry and granite in multiple spots and it truly is one of a kind. If you are considering a job large or small this would be my first and only stop every day of the week. The owners are honest, friendly and will make sure you have the best end product possible.
The product and the installation were very good and met expectations well. The old carpet was dumped on my front lawn and driveway. Surprise!! Apparently that's standard but we were not told. Be aware!

I showed up in pain and we were able to discuss the root causes of the issues and get a game plan to attack them.I truly appreciate the focus on the overall wellness approach of chiropractic, muscle work, dry needling, physically therapy exercises, and gym form recommendations. So I googled chiropractors near me and he came up. I finally got the energy to get in my van to drive a mile over to see him. I was struggling walking getting into the appointment with a migraine neck pain shoulder burning sensation pain and rib on the right side. He explained everything. Just did different adjustments like I’ve never had before because I go to Chiropratic often. By the time he was done I called him the magic man high-fived him walked out the office both arms up in the air singing I am pain free look at me I am pain free look at me. It was crazy migraine gone neck pain gone ripping down are you kidding me this man is a magic man. I have told everybody all weekend. This is the well-kept secret that needs to be put out there. I’m telling everyone about this. Jesus to go in with a migraine slumped over with neck pain and crying with right rib pain at a place. This dude is fantastic. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend going to see Dr. Zac. He is very good with adjustments. He listens to what your needs are. Very easy to get appointments. Office staff are very friendly. Wonderful family practice, not many are like this one.
Normally I am very skeptical of sites that only get five-star reviews, but I can now say from experience that Dr. Gilkison did a great job helping me when I pulled my back out of whack. I couldn't stand up straight before her services, but after just 2 appointments I was good to go. But she was also very nice, friendly, and really listened to my individual problem. I wouldn't go anywhere else for chiropractic care.

The group has been great throughout my daughter's 2 year braces process. The doctors are friendly and good at explaining the stages of correction. Upon arrival to any of the appointments we never waited long to be seen. Her teeth look fantastic.

I will be honest, I’m a nurse and I do not LOVE going to the dentist because I have sensitive teeth but Cindy is always so good to me! Everyone at this office is kind and friendly and they have never shamed me for lapsing (mostly during the pandemic. I would highly recommend this office and Cindy as your Dental Hygienist! I’m also taking baby (17 months) to see Cindy next week for her first “Happy Visit”.
I've had nothing but amazing experiences here. I had not been to the dentist since I was a kid and they totally eased my fears. Dr. Fender is amazing. I wouldn't go to anyone else. The hygienist is alwasy super sweet and the gals at the front desk are true gems. This is the kind of place that remembers your name when you walk in, and they make you feel so taken care of. I recently had an old mercury filling removed and a new crown put on one of my teeth. Having had several painful experiences at my old dentist's office, I was very anxious for this procedure. Dr. Bazar and his staff were absolutely wonderful They listened to me, made sure I was completely numb before working on my tooth, and everything went very smoothly with absolutely no pain. I highly recommend this dentist and staff!

From the moment I walked in the door I felt like I was visiting a family member. This was my first visit but I promise, it will not be my last. Very friendly and showed lots of compassion towards me and my severe toothache. They got me right in and addressed the issue. After taking care of the issue, I knew that I had found my new place. No one likes going to dentist, but Dr. Smith made the experience comfortable.

I've been going here for a couple years now and I'm very happy with the care my fur baby has been given. It feels like a family atmosphere and very welcoming. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see the vet. And when you get in he's very thorough and straight to the point. I feel like they genuinely care about and love animals and treat them with care and respect. I highly recommend them!

My little Boston terrier had been suffering from an eye injury that just wouldn’t heal. Unfortunately, the ulcer ended up perforating the eye in the middle of the night. One call, and the team at Eye Care got us in immediately. After a thorough exam, they took my little chicken nugget in for emergency surgery right then! The compassion and warmth we received was amazing. Despite it being a very emotional and painful experience, my little one was back to her playful, bouncy self by the next day! I am so deeply appreciative of the level of care she received and how gentle they were with me. Highly recommend!

I took our dog, Gracie, to see Dr Morris yesterday and was so pleased! He answered all of my questions and concerns and quickly called me about a test result. The front desk staff were all professional and nice. I am very happy with our change to this office.
GoodVets is definitely a bit more expensive than some other vets around the area, but they are worth it. Clean, quiet facility. Very nice workers. Understanding. My dogs love the people here. Plus they offer drinks to customers!
Unfortunately had an emergency situation where we had to put our dog down and our normal vet was out of the correct medication.This clinic worked us in on short notice (me calling at 8:40 am on a Saturday). It was a tough day for us but the staff here made it as easy as it could have been. The vet we got was very profesional and calm and assuring.Not a great day for us but good service by them.
We are newer to the area and had tried another veterinarian office initially and were not happy with the level of care and attention for our animals. We asked for recommendations and Green Summit Animal Clinic came up time and time again. Dr. Sbisa has been amazing with our pups. He takes the time to listen and make recommendations for course of treatment when needed.

I cannot recommend Chipman Road Animal Clinic enough. They're affordable (I called a TON of vets asking for pricing for a procedure for my pomeranian and nobody even came close to their price. Which included ALL medication and follow ups), the staff is professional, and they take walk ins. Even more than that? I cannot recommend Doctor Hawley enough. She preformed my dog's luxating patella surgery and reassured me and kept me informed every step of the way. She's easily the best vet that i've ever seen and passionate about the animals she helps.

They were calm, helped me fill out the forms, extremely patient with us, and let us into a private room to decompress for a minute as we were hysterical and just a mess.Every single one of those vets were AMAZING to us.We went outside to get fresh air, they would keep us updated about our baby, and if you’re tight on money they work with you.I’ve gotten nothing but amazing, sweet, supportive energy from everyone in there. And I couldn’t have asked for better.You can tell everyone in there is passionate about animals.The lady at the front desk- AbbySHE WENT FAR AND BEYOND for us. Extremely patient, she gave us a blanket and box for our baby to come home in. Was empathetic, and gave us some affirmation that everything was going to be fine. And extra cans of kitten food. She was absolutely astounding!After this very scary, truamatic night, we left home with our baby and with our hearts full. This is now my regular groomer and I am happy to see that they are offering daycare now. I don't currently use it anywhere, but I might have to check it out here at Pawsperity. Number one reason? I was beyond impressed with how quick Climate Restoration Services was able to come out, diagnose, and fix our air conditioner issue. I have a little one at home and I am expecting so going without AC for any period of time was miserable. As soon as the bud was approved by our property management company they came out the next morning at 9am to fix it. I'm the Committee Chairman (building maintenance) for the local VFW Post here in Lee's Summit, so my review is solely based on the Commercial side of the business. the past 1-2 years are HVAC units have been on the decline. Our luck with finding a proactive and reliable company to service and provide semiannual maintenance was turning out well either. I am so grateful that I called this company for a quote. I can honestly say I am amazed at the level of professionalism, straight-forwardness, and helpfulness of the business. I've gone through 3 other HVAC companies in the past three years for Semi-annual maintenance and major issues with our units. So after feeling totally at ease with Green Field, we had 2 rooftop 5-ton units replaced during the summertime of 2018. Because of their work, we ended up getting a 5-ton split unit unit and another rooftop 5-ton unit replaced in Nov-Dec 2018. We were not disappointed with their quotes, construction, performance, and workmanship. Eric O'Donnell is who I have personally worked with throughout both processes and he is a master at what he does. He made me feel comfortable and addressed any and all questions; even took the time to explain what each line-item was and what purpose it served, so that I could make an educated decision as to whether we wanted or needed those options. No pressure to add options or upgrades to the units. Keeps the customer in mind and the expenses - he had good parts from a unit being replaced swapped out into a broken unit in order to get it operational again (with our approval). They call ahead for the semi-annual maintenance and provide pictures to assist in addressing any concerns or issues with the rooftop units. Great experiences with this company over and over.
