“I reached out to Rescue 1 Construction with an issue I was having with my back door. I was able to get an appointment scheduled very quickly. I did send them a video of the problem I was having with the door. On the day appointment, I did receive a call stating they were running behind but would be coming that day at a later time. I appreciated the constant communication on the day of the appointment. The owner, Mike, was the person who came out to my house. He was able to fix the issue on the first visit.
