I've been to a lot of vets and this has been by far the best. I was out of town visiting and they where only one that would be willing to take my dog in and see him. Once there they treated us like we where a long time client. Took the time to listen and go over everything and went the extra mile talking to a specialist the next day. Very caring in a very difficult situation for us
I found this amazing place after my dog became ill and our family and local vets were all booked out and short staffed. They were able to get us in immediately. The attention and care were unmatched. The facility was clean and the staff was very welcome. For billing, they made sure to go over various options of care and provide bills with low cost options and higher cost options. I have taken several pets to Raintree over the years and have nothing but good things to say. All of the vets are lovely and clearly care about the animals they care for. When my cat got very sick a few years ago Dr. Placke was so thoughtful and caring with him and very straightforward with me about prognosis without being unkind. They're also really great about being up front about the costs of services and not pressuring decisions if they fall outside of your price range. I have had to say goodbye to two pets here and the process for this has also been incredibly compassionate.
