They are fully staffed. I arrived at the office there was a line which spoke for its self. The care and compassion that was given to my dog who is part of my family and loved was unconditional. If you have any doubts about your provider, I promise you will find a peace of mind with service because they all really care!! Thank you rain tree !!!

Always very sweet to my dogs. They always explain fully what your options are and what they suggest you should do. Great animal hospital, better than two others I have gone to in Lee's Summit.

They aren't very nice there. One of my dogs goes to Harrisonville animal clinic and they are fast and very nice. They always help you if you need any help and they obsess over my dog with treats and pets. However Raintree has just an odd atmosphere. Not very friendly. No "aww cute dog". Just "weigh the dog.", "follow me", "wait here". And they took forever just to give my dog a shot. At harrisonville they do it right in front of you and are done in a solid 30 seconds. I definitely recommend Harrisonville Animal Clinic! Not this place.
