I recently moved to the KansasCity area from Oklahoma and have been a member for 16 years. Unfortunately, my previous location was not very helpful when it came to transferring my membership.
Thankfully, Carrie at the Lee’s Summit location went above and beyond to help me. She handled my membership transfer quickly, efficiently, and with a great attitude. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the entire process easy and stress-free.
It’s rare to find someone who is both highly professional and genuinely friendly. Carrie is a great example of excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate all of her help. Thank you, Carrie!
