Karly is absolutely amazing! Do yourself a favor and book a 90 minute with her. Karly usually goes medium to firm pressure with me and does a great job working out the knots and stiffness. As an old Army veteran, I've got my share of aches and pains but the difference in how I feel after a session with Karly is night and day. The relief fron that soreness and tension lasts for several weeks making a noticeable difference in my quality of life. I can't recommend her enough.
